Q. Is receiving faxes (Fax2Email) really free ? Will it stay a FREE service?
A. If you choose an Integr8 FAX number (08660xxxxx) you don't pay a cent.
NO SETUP, NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION – ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This
service will remain FREE and there is no limit to the number and size of faxes
received.
Q. Is sending faxes via email also free?
A. PC 2 FAX IS available, unfortunately it's NOT FREE. For this service you
need to apply for sending rights. For more information e-mail us:
support@integr8fax.com.
Q. If this is free how can you provide me with a sustainable service?
A. Integr8 FAX earns revenue through a rebate system from Telkom for calls
made to the allocated numbers. This revenue is
sufficient for Integr8 FAX to support this fax reception service at no charge
to the end user, yet still delivering a corporate
level service.
Q. Can my number receive calls from anywhere?
A. YES for 08660xxxxx numbers. Calls can be received from out of South
African telecommunications networks.
INTERNATIONAL CALLS. Just add 27 and the rest of your Free Fax 2 E-mail
number 86 620 XX XX.
Q. If I take a 08660xxxxx number and don't use it will it remain available?
A. No. We reserve the right to reclaim a number if there has been no usage
for 60-days. You will receive a warning
email prior to the number being reclaimed. As long as you receive at least
one fax every 60-day the number will
remain yours.
Q. Do I need to install any special software?
A. No. The FAX is sent to you as a TIF image, PDF, attached to an email. Most
operating systems have a default
viewer application installed.
Q. How long do I have to wait for a number?
A. There's no delay. The moment you complete the sign-up process the
number is allocated and activated, ready to
take faxes and send them to your email.
